05/04/2004 - EMT has implemented a new ticket
tracking system to improve our responsiveness to customer and MT
requests. All customer and MT requests will be entered into
the system and will be issued a tracking number. Customers
and MTs can view the status of their tickets, start a new
ticket, and modify an existing ticket online. |
